Tehran prosecutor sets hijab deadline, seeks IRGC intervention
Tehran prosecutor Ali Salehi told a hijab and chastity working group meeting that 28 executive bodies have legal duties on hijab and gave unlicensed tourism tour social media pages one week to be blocked, according to ISNA, Khabar Online, Asr-e Iran and BBC Persian. He also called for intelligence agencies and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to identify and dismantle organized groups he said promote corruption, claiming they are backed by Iran's enemies; the reports gave no evidence for that claim.
