Iranian groups urge campaign to free political prisoners
The Oslo Document Follow-up Group, composed of 13 political groups, called on opposition parties and currents, civil institutions, and citizens to launch a joint campaign to free political prisoners on the World Day of Political Prisoners, including by publishing their names and photos and holding peaceful gatherings. The signatories also called for a halt to executions and for the release of political prisoners to be prioritized in international engagement with the Islamic Republic.
